Token Based Support

Token based support enables you to purchase stand alone or combined blocks of IT services and support which can be called off as needed.

Purchasing

You can purchase token based support as a flexible mix of incidents, blocks of hours, half days (3.5 hours) and full days (7.5 hours).

Service Level Agreement

Token based support is a full service level agreement and continues to offer guaranteed telephone and on-site response times.

Contract Duration

Token based support can scale and change with your business needs and remains valid for the life time of your system or until used.
